Contact Green Arrow Consultancy

The form below, an email and a phone call all reach the same person, and that person does the work. Tell us what is going wrong rather than what you would like to buy, and you will get an honest answer about whether this is a job for us, for someone else, or for nobody at all.

Reply within one working dayFirst call is freeCardiff, Wales
Thank you, your message is on its way.

It goes straight to a person, not a queue. You will have a reply within one working day. If it is urgent, call 029 2117 5902.

Send us a message

Two required fields. It reaches a person directly, and you can attach documents by replying to the answer you get back.

The task, who does it today, and what would tell you it worked. A rough answer is fine, and a deadline helps.

We use what you send only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list. See the privacy notice.

Which route to use

  • A new piece of workEmail with the problem, the URL and your deadline. This is the fastest route to a useful answer, because we can look at the site before we reply.
  • Something is broken nowCall, and email as well. A consent banner that has stopped firing or a site that is down should not sit in an inbox.
  • Procurement and due diligenceEmail, and say that you need the company, VAT and ICO numbers plus insurance details. They come back the same day.
  • You are not sure yetEmail anyway. A two-line description of the problem is enough for us to tell you whether it is a job for this firm.
Process

What happens after you get in touch

No qualification funnel, no discovery workshop you have to pay for before anyone looks at your systems.

  1. 01

You get a human reply, usually the same day

Every email is read by a person, not routed by a bot. If the answer to your question is short, you will get the answer rather than an invitation to book a call. Target is one working day, Monday to Friday, UK time.

  2. 02

A free scoping call, thirty to forty five minutes

With the people who would actually do the work. We ask about the systems, the constraints, the deadline and who else is involved. You should come away knowing whether the problem is real and whether we are the right firm for it, including if the answer is no.

  3. 03

A written scope and a price, not a slide deck

A short document setting out the outcome we are aiming at, the deliverables, the price, the timeline and the assumptions the price depends on. Fixed price where the shape is knowable, day rate where it genuinely is not, and we will say which and why.

  4. 04

    Access before anything else

Once the scope is agreed, the first task is always accounts, systems and content access. Access is the step that delays projects far more often than anything technical, so we start it in week one and we chase it.

  5. 05

Work starts, and you can see it

A named contact, a written record of decisions, and progress you can look at rather than a status report you have to believe.

Be useful to yourself

What to put in a first message

Seven lines in an email will get you a far more useful answer than a form ever could.

Honesty

Who should get in touch, and who should not

Both columns are meant seriously. A bad-fit engagement wastes your budget and our year.

You should probably contact us ifYou should probably not if
You have a website estate spread across countries, agencies or brands and nobody independent is holding it togetherYou need a logo, a brand identity or a marketing campaign, which is not what this firm does
You need production AI grounded in your own content, with citations and permissions, rather than a demoYou want an AI chatbot but have no documentation, product data or policies for it to answer from
You have a privacy, consent or cookie problem and need someone who can read the tag manager as well as the policyYour budget is very small, in which case the onboarding overhead costs you more than we can add
You face an accessibility obligation under WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549 or the European Accessibility ActYou want a supplier who will agree with the plan rather than test it
You need an independent technical review of an existing agency's scope, code or invoiceYou need the work started this week with no access arranged and no decision maker available
You want the same firm to build the thing and then keep it workingYou are looking for the cheapest possible quote and nothing else matters

The second column is not a negotiation tactic. If you recognise yourself in it, say so in your first email and we will point you somewhere more suitable.

Engagements

The four shapes of engagement

Most clients start with one of the first two and move to the fourth.

A fixed-price discovery

Two to three weeks, a fixed fee agreed before it starts. We look at the systems, the content and the constraints, then produce a written recommendation with options and costs. You own the output and are free to have somebody else build it.

A standalone audit

A defined assessment against a defined standard: an accessibility audit against WCAG 2.2 AA, a cookie and consent audit, an analytics implementation review, or an AI system evaluation. Findings are prioritised by risk, with the fix described rather than only the failure.

A scoped build

A website, a web application or a production AI system, priced after discovery because the honest range before anyone has seen the content is too wide to be useful. Delivered against written acceptance criteria, with accessibility and privacy treated as requirements.

A monthly retainer

Ongoing management of a website estate, a consent programme, an analytics setup or a live AI system. A defined scope, a monthly fee and a named contact. This is how most of our long relationships run.

Practicalities

Time zones, response times and access

The office is in Cardiff and works to UK time, but the client base is not British. Programmes run across the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, South America and South Africa, and roughly half of our clients have been based in the USA since 2022. Early and late calls are normal here rather than a favour. If you are outside the UK, put your time zone and two or three workable windows in your first email and we will pick one.

Written records matter more than meetings when a team is spread across continents, so decisions, scopes and changes are confirmed in writing. That habit came out of running multi-country website estates and it has survived into every part of the practice.

On procurement and due diligence. Green Arrow Consultancy Ltd is registered at Companies House under number 12491770, holds ICO data protection registration ZA822868, and is VAT registered under 344486874. We are a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Those details, along with the registered office and the links to the public registers, are set out on the about page so your procurement team can verify them before the first call rather than after it.

If you would rather see the work than read about it, seven of our production AI systems are generalised into live demonstrations you can use without signing up for anything, and the case studies describe real engagements including the parts that went slowly. Both are usually a better first step than a sales call.

Darren's practical mind makes him really effective at cutting through complexity to find the most suitable solution.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Questions about pricing, privacy and ways of working are answered in the full FAQ.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one working day for email sent Monday to Friday, and usually the same day. A message that arrives on a Friday evening will normally be answered on Monday. If your enquiry is a live incident, such as a consent banner that has stopped firing or a site that is down, say so in the subject line and call the office as well as emailing.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. The first call is a scoping conversation, typically thirty to forty five minutes, and it is free. It exists so both sides can work out whether there is a real piece of work here. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you will hear that on the call rather than in a proposal three weeks later.

Who will I actually speak to?

Paul Knowlson handles most first contacts, and Darren Tyler, the founder and chief executive, joins any conversation with a technical shape to it. There is no account layer between you and the people who do the work. More about the team is on the about page.

What is the smallest engagement you take?

A fixed-price audit or a short discovery is the usual entry point, and those are measured in weeks rather than months. Below that level the overhead of onboarding a new client is larger than the value we can add, so we will normally point you at a smaller local supplier or at published guidance instead of taking the money.

Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on our own paper. Send it with your first message if the subject matter needs it. We handle personal data for clients under a data protection registration, ICO number ZA822868, and we are used to procurement, security questionnaires and supplier due diligence processes.

Do you have a contact form?

Yes, at the top of this page. It asks for two things, your name and what you are trying to do, and it goes straight to a person rather than into a queue. If you would rather attach documents, email info@greenarrowconsultancy.com instead and you will reach the same place. Either way you get a reply from someone who would do the work, within one working day.

What if we already have an agency?

That is a normal starting position and often the reason people call. A large part of what this firm does is act as the client's independent technical counterweight inside an existing agency relationship: reviewing scopes, auditing delivery and translating between marketing, legal and engineering. You do not have to fire anyone to talk to us.

Tell us what is going wrong

One email with the problem, the URL and your deadline is enough to get a useful answer. If it is not a job for us, we will say so and tell you who it is for.
