Three engagements described in enough detail to be useful, and no further. Where a result belongs to the client, or sits behind a confidentiality agreement, we say so and write about the mechanism instead.
Green Arrow Consultancy publishes three client case studies: Energizer Holdings, Circana and Healey Fox. They cover a multi-region website estate of more than fifty sites, a privacy management platform implementation across Osano, Securiti.ai and OneTrust, and an eight year property development relationship. Each one reports the work and the mechanism rather than invented percentages.
Different sectors, different problems, and three different answers to the question of what a consultancy is actually for.
A relationship that began around 2014 with more than thirty UK and EU websites and grew into a multi-region estate spanning Europe and Asia Pacific. Website development, multi-country campaigns, privacy compliance, accessibility and, latterly, production AI tools.
Privacy management platform implementation for a data and analytics business, delivered across three platforms: Osano, Securiti.ai and OneTrust. Multi-jurisdiction requirements, a real estate of properties, and a client whose own product is data.
Website development, a rebrand, a bespoke property management system and a Salesforce CRM integration for a property and real estate business. The relationship has run for more than eight years, which is the part of it worth studying.
Most agency case studies are a form of fiction. A number is chosen because it is flattering, a baseline is chosen because it makes the number larger, and the attribution question is quietly skipped. We have read enough of them from the buyer's side of the table to know how little they prove.
So the three studies linked above are written to a rule. If a result was measured by us, is still verifiable, and the client is happy for it to be public, it appears. If it is none of those things, it does not appear at all, and we write about the mechanism instead: what the problem actually was, what we built, why we built it that way, and what changed about how the organisation works afterwards.
This costs us something. A page that says a consent implementation covered several jurisdictions and reduced the number of untagged scripts is less exciting than a page claiming a forty per cent lift in opt-in rates. We think the first one is more useful to a buyer, because it is checkable and because the second one is usually not true.
Privacy and security work comes with confidentiality agreements as standard, and reasonably so. A client who has just found out that a third-party tag was firing before consent on a hundred pages does not want that written up as marketing material. The same applies to accessibility audits, penetration test findings and anything touching a live incident. Where an engagement cannot be described, it is not on this site, which is why the published portfolio is smaller than the real one.
A related point: a good share of our work is agency assistance, where we are the specialist layer behind another agency's client relationship. Those engagements are invisible by design and will never appear here.
Everything a case study cannot carry. The engagement that went badly and why. The client who left. The recommendation we made that turned out to be wrong. The reference call with the person who will answer your actual question rather than the one a marketing team wanted asked. If you are evaluating us, ask for those, not for a PDF.
The useful comparison is not the industry, it is the shape: an estate, a platform programme, and a long single-client ownership.
| Client | What was bought | What the work actually is | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energizer Holdings | Website development and management for a multi-region estate | Running dozens of sites across languages and regions as one system, plus privacy, accessibility and AI tooling | Since around 2014 |
| Circana | Privacy management platform implementation | Cookie and tag discovery, regional rule sets, consent signal propagation and testing across Osano, Securiti.ai and OneTrust | Not disclosed |
| Healey Fox | Website, brand, property management system and CRM integration | Owning a property business's entire digital operation, including listings data and lead routing into Salesforce | Over eight years |
Durations reflect what the clients themselves have published or agreed to.
Beyond the three studies, the brands and organisations we are permitted to name look like this. Some are single engagements. Some are brands inside a parent group whose whole digital estate we manage. Some are long finished.
The pattern in that list is consumer brands with more websites than they have people to look after them. That is the problem we grew up solving. By 2022 the managed portfolio had passed two hundred websites, with roughly half of clients in the USA, which is what turned a web development firm into a firm that also does privacy, accessibility, analytics governance and now applied AI. You cannot run two hundred sites for global brands without becoming responsible for what is on them.
One campaign we can put a number against, because we ran the measurement ourselves: a promotional and social campaign for Scottish Hampers reached 191,000 people, with 84,100 engaged in the first three days.
Use this on us as readily as on anyone else. We would rather compete on evidence than on layout.
Five stages, and the third one is where the honest conversations happen.
The engagements that work start with a sentence like 'our cookie banner does not fire correctly in Germany' or 'nobody can tell me which of our sites still runs on the old CMS'. Broad transformation briefs tend to produce broad, expensive nothing.
An audit, a discovery, a single site migration, one consent platform implementation. Something with a written deliverable, a fixed cost and a natural end, so that you can stop after it without penalty.
Almost every discovery produces one. Untagged scripts, orphaned subdomains, a form posting to a decommissioned endpoint, an accessibility failure on the main navigation. This is the point at which both sides find out whether the working relationship is any good.
Either your team takes the remediation plan and runs it, or we do. We are happy with either, and we write the documentation as though you will choose the first one.
Consent, analytics, accessibility and website management are not projects. If we are still working together after the first piece of work, this is almost always the shape it takes.
Darren’s practical mind makes him really effective at cutting through complexity to find the most suitable solution.

Because we cannot verify most of them and we will not publish a number we cannot stand behind. A great deal of the work described here happened inside client analytics accounts, client consent platforms and client CRM systems, and the results belong to those clients. Where we do quote a figure, such as the reach of the Scottish Hampers promotional campaign, it is one we measured ourselves and are permitted to publish. Everywhere else we describe the mechanism instead: what was built, why it was built that way, and what it changed about how the client works.
The ones who have already agreed to be named, or who have published a testimonial about the work. That list includes Energizer Holdings and brands in its family such as Varta, Rayovac, Eveready, Armor All, STP, AC Pro, Lexol, Eagle One, Driven, Refresh and California Scents, along with Circana, Healey Fox, Jelly Belly, Scratch Doctor, Bahama Company, Neiman Marcus Group and Scottish Hampers. Several other engagements, particularly the privacy and security ones, remain unnamed by agreement.
Yes, for most engagements. We will ask the client first, we will not put a reference call in front of someone who has already given us three this quarter, and we will tell you honestly if the closest comparable engagement is one we cannot name. A reference call from a live account is worth more than a case study, which is why we prefer to arrange one.
Longer than agency averages, because most of our work is operational rather than project-shaped. The Energizer relationship began around 2014. The Healey Fox relationship has run over eight years. Website management, consent operations and analytics governance are ongoing responsibilities, so the natural shape of the engagement is a retainer rather than a launch and a handshake.
Global consumer brands, data and analytics businesses, industrial manufacturers, property and real estate firms, retail groups and professional services. Roughly half of our clients are in the USA, with the remainder across the UK, the EU, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, South America and South Africa. Engagements range from a single website to estates of hundreds of sites.
Both. A significant share of our work is agency assistance, where we sit behind another agency as the privacy, accessibility or engineering specialist and never appear on the client's org chart. That is one more reason our published case studies are thinner than our actual portfolio. If you are an agency reading this, the arrangement is normal for us and we are comfortable being invisible.
Yes. Seven production systems have been generalised into the live demonstrations under Neuro, including a battery finder and a product comparison tool built for a consumer battery brand, an industrial facility power advisor, a document accessibility remediation tool, an enterprise search browser extension, a code of conduct assistant and an analytics reporting assistant. The demonstrations run on sample data, not client data.
A scoped, fixed price piece of work with a written deliverable at the end: an audit, a discovery, a migration, a single consent platform implementation. Nobody should start a multi-year relationship with a multi-year contract. Every long relationship on this page started with something small enough to walk away from.
The closest comparable to your problem is probably one of the ones under agreement. Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will describe it as far as we are allowed to, then put you on a call with someone who lived it.
